TensorFlow.js: Using a pretrained Attentive_Derain_Net

Description

This demo uses the pretrained attentive derain net model implemented with Tensorflow from repo which you can find here. A pretrained model weights can be found here Thanks for the origin paper author Rui.Qian's great work on CVPR 2018. You may read the origin paper here It is trained to remove rain drop from a single image.
